This guide shows how to take apart the Lenovo Slim DVD Burner DB65 to replace the disc tray locking mechanism.
What you need

Flip the unit over so that way the bottom is facing you.

Remove the two black 7.6mm Phillips #0 screws from the bottom cover.

Use the iFixit Opening Tool to gently pry the unit apart to gain access to the interior.

Turn the unit over and remove the two silver 3mm Phillips #0 screws from the aluminum cover.

Lift and remove the silver tray locking mechanism by detaching the spring which is hooked on the white plastic internal component.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
