Find the divot near the bottom of the battery and remove the battery from the device.

Using a Phillips #00 screwdriver, remove the sixteen 3 mm screws holding the back panel in place.

Remove the back panel.

To remove the volume keys, pull them away from the phone. The keys will slide out from their set position.
