If you are having issues texting or navigating with your keypad, it might be necessary to replace your old keypad with a new one.

Remove all 4 screw covers from each corner on the back cover.
  • Remove all 4 screw covers from each corner on the back cover.

Unscrew all 4 screws from the back cover of phone.
  • Unscrew all 4 screws from the back cover of phone.

  • Hold open.

Add Comment

  • Pull rubber keyboard off carefully.

  • NOTE: Be sure not to remove the silver button panel below the keyboard

  • Align the keyboard with four gold tabs at the top of the keyboard.
