Image 1/1: Slide the grey button towards the top of the phone.
  • Lay the phone face down with the screen in palm of hand.

  • Slide the grey button towards the top of the phone.

Image 1/1: Pull the battery up vertically to completely remove from phone.
  • While the button is slid up grab the battery on the sides and pull up with the bottom remaining in place.

  • Pull the battery up vertically to completely remove from phone.

Image 1/1: Remove screws by turning counter clockwise with screwdriver until they pop out.
  • Locate four screws underneath of the battery.

  • Remove screws by turning counter clockwise with screwdriver until they pop out.

Image 1/1: Note: There will be a significant amount of resistance.
  • Place fingers on bottom of phone near charger adapter and pry back half of bottom apart.

  • Note: There will be a significant amount of resistance.

Image 1/1: Remove entire keypad from beneath the logic board.
  • Lift up logic board without completely removing from phone.

  • Remove entire keypad from beneath the logic board.

  • Insert replacement keypad with buttons aligned in proper holes.
