Use plastic opening tool to release the casing cover. Run the tool along edge of phone.

The front section was moved after motherboard was lifted out.  I put it back in and put motherboard back in and reassembled it.  Can not access it.

Pushing out from the front of the phone, lift the keypad out of the casing with your fingers. The keypad has a white back.
