    • Flip the phone over and remove the back cover with the plastic opening tool.

    • Remove the 8 screws with the JIS #0 screwdriver bit.

    • Using the plastic opening tool, pry up the battery.

    • Remove the battery's cable with a pair of tweezers.

    • Remove the 2 screws that are holding each of the speakers in place.

    • Use the metal spudger to wedge underneath the adhesive to remove the speakers.

    • Desolder the connecting wires to remove, then resolder when connecting new speakers.
