Introduction

Back Cover Teardown guide must be used first to get inside the camera. Later, soldering guides will be used.

  • Remove the two 6.2mm Phillips screws on both sides of camera's back cover.

Image 1/1: Remove the two 6.2mm Phillips screws on the bottom back cover of the camera.
  • Turn camera so the bottom is facing up and the front is facing away.

  • Remove the two 6.2mm Phillips screws on the bottom back cover of the camera.

  • Back cover is now unscrewed an can be removed.

Image 1/1: Unscrew the 6.2mm Phillips screw next to the viewfinder.
  • Have the back of the camera facing up.

  • Unscrew the 6.2mm Phillips screw next to the viewfinder.

  • The back cover is now unscrewed. Lift up and pull the cover off evenly.

  • The capacitor is located at the bottom center of the camera.
