  4. Remove the screws for the speaker and the four that are down the holes. It isn't necessary but I removed the d-ring as well.

  5. Remove the black button spacers. (Note: There are 3 spacers I lost one). Push the white bottom through the hole and slowly wiggle the blue case off. Be careful not to break the speaker cables. Now remove the four screws.

  6. They used black silicone to keep the connectors together so the entire assembly may come off. I suggest making sure you know how the go back together. Carefully using a knife try to split the silicone so the connectors come off easily. Next remove the fours screws holding the board in. (Note:  There is two matching pairs.)

    • Using the spudger remove the battery from the white plastic.
