    • First, you want to flip the phone screen facing down. To remove the rear cover located on the back of the phone, you must grip on the gap located at the bottom of the phone. Lastly, pull up!

    • In order to remove the battery, you must first locate the gap intended for removal above the battery. You will then push down using the tip of your finger while also pulling outward to remove the battery for replacement.

    • After the battery is removed, you must replace the battery using the new one. To insert the new battery you must align the connection between the battery and the device. Lastly, you will push the bottom of the new battery until it is sitting inside the intended station.

    • The gold plate on the SIM card should faced the back of the phone and the little dent sits at the bottom right.
