What you need

    • Press and hold the pound key (#) and the power key at the same time.

    • A screen will pop up and say "All data will be lost, continue?"

    • If you do not have your contacts or any important information backed up, make sure you back it up somehow before continuing.

    • The device will restart by itself when it is done resetting.
