What you need

    • Plug in the soldering iron and let it reach optimum temperature.

    • The soldering iron is very hot. Please do not touch the the tip of the iron when it is plugged in or until the iron cools.

    • Make sure it is plugged into a 150W outlet (common household wall outlet). Check the device for damages and impurities on the tip such as plastic or grease. Please make sure the iron is not in any contact with potentially flammable items and clean the tip if the soldering iron has been heavily used.
