    • Find the metal ring that is too large for your finger.

    • Tear off a quarter size of soft clay.

    • The soft clay will act as a mold that will enlarge the metal ring.

    • Wear the metal ring.

    • Place the back of your hand flat on a table.

    • Shape the soft clay snugly in the gap between the metal ring and your finger.

    • Remove your finger slowly from the molded soft clay, immediately after shaping the soft clay.

    • If the molded soft clay shifts then repeat Step 3.

    • Wait for the soft clay to dry overnight.

    • To tell if the soft clay is dry, touch the soft clay to see if it has hardened.

    • Remove the soft clay mold from the metal ring.

    • Use scissors to trim the mold's extra soft clay sticking out of the metal ring.

    • Limit super glue exposure from skin as it may cause a rash. If super glue comes into contact with skin, soak the skin in warm, soapy water.

    • Adhere super glue on the soft clay mold that will touch the metal ring.

    • Attach the soft clay mold to the metal ring before the super glue dries.

    • Wait 10 minutes for the super glue to dry.

    • Trim the soft clay with scissors again, if needed.

    • The goal of this step is to align the soft clay mold along the metal ring's band.

    • If completed, the metal ring should fit!
