What you need

    • Take your bracelet and find the barrel clasp at the bottom.

    • Remove any charms on your bracelet and place them separately (they can also be cleaned if applicable).

    • Grab any small bowl and place a medium sized sheet of aluminum foil over it.

    • Place your bracelet into the aluminum-covered bowl.

    • Heat 1 cup of water in the microwave for 2 minutes.

    • Add that cup of hot water to your aluminum covered bowl.

    • Water can be superheated in the microwave. Be sure to stay within the recommended time limit.

    • Add ¼ teaspoon of baking soda into your bowl with the hot water and bracelet.

    • Mix the baking soda until it is dissolved into your bowl completely.

    • Let your bracelet sit in the baking soda for 3 minutes.
