How to Patch Back Pants Pocket

This guide provides a step-by-step procedure on how to repair a ripped back pant pocket by hand sewing a patch of fabric on the inside of the pocket.

What you need

    • Use a seam ripper to detach the pocket from the pants, working around the perimeter.

    • Make your patch by cutting a piece of fabric to size.
