What you need

    • Place the jeans on an even surface.

    • Flip your jeans inside out.

    • Trim any loose thread around the hole.

    • After cleaning the area, use the iron to warm the area before placing the patch.

    • Grab the patch and iron it on until it is secured to the jeans.

    • Start preparing your thread and needle and knot the end of the thread.

    • Push the needle from the back to the front.

    • Create an outline of the part where the patch is visible, until a circle is formed.

    • Push the needle from the back to the front, filling in the hole.

    • Repeat this process until the hole is covered and the patch is not showing.

    • Tie off the thread in a knot on the inside of the jeans.

    • Grabbing a new color thread, tie off a knot like mentioned in step 4.

    • Starting inside, create your desired design (we decided a moon and stars).

    • Push the needle back to front creating little clumps within the hole.

    • When you have finished the design tie it off on the inside of the jeans.

    • Cut a new piece of thread and place it on the inside.

    • Push the needle back to front of the jeans and push it back inside a few centimeters down.

    • Repeat this threading technique a few times, creating a star.

    • Tie off the thread on the inside of the jean.

    • Cut any excess thread from the inside of the jean.

    • Jeans are now ready to be worn.
