Introduction
This guide shows how to disassemble the plastic outer casing of a battery-operated bubble wand to access the button mechanism, battery contacts, and internal wiring. Opening the housing allows you to clean debris, fix a stuck button, and troubleshoot power issues if the bubble wand stops working properly.
Before beginning, remove the batteries and work on a dry, flat surface to avoid damage to the internal components.

Open the battery compartment and remove the batteries from the bubble wand.

Set the batteries aside in a safe place.

Remove the screws securing the plastic outer casing with a small Phillips screwdriver.

Inspect the button mechanism and cap for dried bubble solution, dirt, or sticky residue.

Clean away any buildup preventing the button from moving freely.

Use a cotton swab with warm water to clean around the button cap.

Dry the area completely before reassembly.

Align both halves of the plastic casing.
