Introduction

Prerequisite only! This guide shows how to remove or replace the wheels on a Honda FRC800K1A Rear Tine Tiller.

You will need to support the tiller during this process. Use jack stands, large pieces of wood, or other strong supports. Rock the tiller back and forth on its supports before beginning to ensure that it won’t fall or tip over during repairs.

What you need

  1. Honda Rear Tine Tiller FRC800K1A Wheels Replacement, Disconnect the spark plug wire: step 1, image 1 of 2 Honda Rear Tine Tiller FRC800K1A Wheels Replacement, Disconnect the spark plug wire: step 1, image 2 of 2

    • Before you begin the repair, disconnect the spark plug wire.

    • Firmly grip the base of the connector and pull it away from the spark plug to disconnect it.

    • Flip the fuel valve switch to the off position.

    • Use needle nose pliers to remove the cotter pin from the wheel lock pin.

    • Remove the wheel lock pin.

    • Repeat this same process for the other wheel.

    • Pull the wheel off of the wheel shaft.

    • Repeat this process for the other wheel.
