Hipstreet Equinox 2 Camera Replacement

Introduction

The camera could be broken from a fall or maybe when your screen cracked the camera was damaged as well. This guide will show the steps to easily replace the camera.

What you need

  1. Hipstreet Equinox 2 Camera Replacement, Rear Case: step 1, image 1 of 1

    • Remove the two 3mm screws using a PH00 screwdriver.

    • Use the blue plastic opening tool to gently pry the back case off.

    • Lift the tab on the wire ribbon shown here

    • Pull up gently on the camera housing shown on this picture, it is glued in place.
