The power button panel is one of the easiest components to replace on th HP 4320t. It may need replaceing, if damaged, to insure proper working order.

What you need

  1. HP ProBook 4320t Power Button Panel Replacement Guide, Battery Removal: step 1, image 1 of 2 HP ProBook 4320t Power Button Panel Replacement Guide, Battery Removal: step 1, image 2 of 2

    • Flip the laptop upside down and remove battery by pressing inward on the two latches holding the battery in.
