Slide the battery release switch to the left. The battery pack will then subsequently release.
Ask FixBot

Unscrew the 5 back plate screws using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

Remove back plate using a metal spudger.

Remove the four 5.7 mm screws, holding down the hard drive, using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

Pull up carefully on tab hooking the hard drive to the mother board.

Remove the hard drive.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
