Please follow this guide only if you are having trouble with a few keys. If numerous keys aren't working, you may have to replace the entire keyboard.

Carefully remove the key by prying at least two sides up with the plastic removal tool. There are two square, black pieces under the key. A smaller piece may be stuck to the back of the key piece. Remove two square black pieces from the area under the key with a pair of tweezers. Remove a small square piece first. Remove a larger square piece next.
