    1. H4D: Lubrication, Oil pan: step 1, image 1 of 1
      • Oil pan retaining screw: 10 N.m

      • Drain plug: 50 N.m

      • The pan has a volume of approximately 3.7 L without the filter and 4.3 L with the filter. The volume difference between the MIN and MAX marks on the oil dipstick is approximately 1.0 L.

      • No specified torque for the oil filter: tighten by hand with lubrication of the gasket.

      • The oil pump is driven by a secondary chain connected to the crankshaft sprocket. It features variable displacement and an electronic on-off valve, which acts as a pressure limiter from 4,500 RPM.

      • 25 N.m

      • 10 N.m

      • Unknown torque, torque tightening is necessary.

      • The oil squirters do not appear anywhere in the repair manual (RTA), which is why no torque value is given here. Torque tightening of these screws is necessary.
