Introduction
The Garmin fenix 6X Sapphire is a fitness watch identified by Garmin as part numbers 010-02157-10, 010-02158-10, and 010-02159-10, depending on the size of the case. If you know that the back cover on the watch needs replacing, this guide will help you do so.
A heat gun can be useful for removing the back cover as it is glued to the body of the watch but be careful when using the heat gun. Please use with caution. The high setting can ignite flammable items and may cause burns if aimed at your skin or clothing. Heat guns may produce residual smoke when turned off the first few times and should always be used in a well-ventilated area.

Flip the watch so the face is down.

Remove the five 6 mm T5 Torx screws on the back of the watch.

Use a spudger to pry the back cover of the watch off by placing it under the seam of the back case.
