Step 1 Remove the red ring

Insert a needle into the small hole
At the same time pull on the metal part, take it out.
Then pull the red ring to remove it

Step 2 Undo all the screws and separate it in 2

Remove all the screws,
including the 2 hidden under the black plastic handle
Be careful the springs will easily escape
