What you need

    1. Framework Laptop 12 Fingerprint Reader Installation [Conditional], Install the Fingerprint Reader: step 1, image 1 of 3 Framework Laptop 12 Fingerprint Reader Installation [Conditional], Install the Fingerprint Reader: step 1, image 2 of 3 Framework Laptop 12 Fingerprint Reader Installation [Conditional], Install the Fingerprint Reader: step 1, image 3 of 3

      • If your laptop doesn't have a Fingerprint Reader, skip the next two steps.

      • Use your fingers to lay the Fingerprint Reader in place.

      • Use the two plastic pins on the laptop to align the Fingerprint Reader.

    3. Framework Laptop 12 Fingerprint Reader Installation [Conditional]: step 2, image 1 of 1

      • Use your Framework Screwdriver to tighten the captive T5 Torx screw to secure the Fingerprint Reader.

      • Tighten the screw until it's snug. Don't over-tighten it, or you may strip the screw.

      • Skip the next two steps.
