Introduction
This is a quick and easy guide to replace the wristband of a Fitbit Alta. No tools are required in the process.

To release a latch, press down on the flat metal button holding the band to the Fitbit. Pull up on the latch to release the band from the body.

Slide the band up to release it from the Fitbit Alta tracker. Then, repeat on the other side to remove the band.

Turn over the Fitbit Alta so the bands are facing upward.

Press the latches inward and remove each band by lifting upward.
