2005 Jeep Liberty Fog Light Replacement

Open the hood to access the radiator grill tabs.

Pull up on the first tab and repeat for the remaining four tabs.

Tilt the radiator grill cover forward and lift up and out to remove.

Using an allen wrench, turn the tension screw counter-clockwise to loosen the light housing.

Lift up on the tension screw to release the light housing.

Using a flat-head screwdriver, pull the tab outward to remove the light housing.

Repeat the procedure for the right side of the light housing.

Pull the light housing toward you.

Remove the wiring harness from the light socket by lifting up on the tab with a flat-head screwdriver.

Remove the light socket from the light housing by turning counter-clockwise.

Remove the light socket from the light housing and replace.

Install the new light socket back into the light housing by turning clockwise.

Plug the wiring harness back in the light socket.
