Introduction

In case the device is not turning on and the battery has been completely charged for 5 hours, the battery may need to be replaced. The battery can be easily removed and replaced.

  1. Detach wand from device. Use a Phillips #2 screwdriver to unscrew the screw from the device handle.
    • Detach wand from device.

    • Use a Phillips #2 screwdriver to unscrew the screw from the device handle.

    • Screw Head Type: Phillips #2

    • Screw Length: 170mm

  3. Turn device completely over to view battery pack. Below the bin, use a Phillips #2 screwdriver to remove both screws from the battery back. Screw Head Type: Phillips #2

  4. Pull the battery pack down and away from the device. Battery pack may fall out. Battery pack may fall out.
    • Pull the battery pack down and away from the device.

    • Battery pack may fall out.
