If a ratchet, drive extension bar, and 5/16" socket are not available, a Phillips head screwdriver can be used as a substitute. However, using a Phillips head screwdriver will make the removal of the bolts more challenging.

Insert bolt back into the tail light housing with a ratchet, driver extension bar, and 5/16" socket.
