Remove the cover by simply pulling it.
Unscrew 2 screws (T10).

Unscrew 2 screws (T10).

Step 3 Remove the top panel

Using a plastic spudger, carefully pry the top open, beginning with the back of the unit.
Once the top is slightly open, slide for about 1/8 inch to the back, then flip it to unplug the cup heater.

Step 4 Remove the back panel

At the back side, unscrew 2 screws (T10).
Then lift the back for about 1/8 inch, then pull it.

Looking from the back, pry on the tab then lift the door up for about 1/8 inch.
