Introduction
This guide will teach you how to correctly and safely remove the fuse box from a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse.
What you need

Pull the release lever located under the driver's side dashboard.

Walk to the front of the vehicle and pull the safety latch to the side while simultaneously pulling the hood up.

Walk to the back of the passenger side seat.

Pull off the trim that is blocking the battery cover.

Unscrew the screw holding the battery cover with a T20 Torx bit
-

-
-
Remove the Battery Cover

Unscrew the Negative Terminal bolt with a 10mm socket
-
Unplug the Negative Terminal

!CAUTION! Put something non-conductive between the Negative Wire and the Negative Terminal so that the vehicle doesn't get power

Walk to the front of the vehicle

Locate the fuse box at the top left corner of the engine bay

Push in the Tabs located around the fuse box

Open the positive terminal cap
-

-
Remove the nut on the positive terminal with a 13mm socket and set the wires aside
-
Remove the bolts holding on the fuse box with a 10mm socket
-
-
-
Remove the clips holding on the fuse box
-
This is done easier with a pick
-
-
To reassemble the fuse box, follow these instructions in reverse order.
