Dell Precision M6600 LCD Replacement

Introduction

This guide will walk you through the steps that are required to disassemble and replace the screen on your Dell Precision M6600. Make sure to have the iFixit Opening Tool, and the Pro Tech Toolkit, before beginning the following steps.

Before beginning this repair, be sure to power off your laptop and disconnect from your charger.

What you need

    • Open the laptop.

    • Make sure to power off your laptop and that the laptop charger is not connected before continuing to the next step.

    • Use the iFixit opening tool to pry the bezel of the screen perimeter from the screen.
