Slide the battery release latches to the unlock position.

Loosen the captive screw that secures the access panel to the base of the computer.

Slide the access panel towards the front of the computer.

Lift the access panel up and away from the computer.

Carefully spread apart the securing clips on each end of the memory module connector until the memory module pops up.

Remove the memory module from the connector.
