    • Orient the laptop so the opening is facing you.

    • Place finger/ thumb on the slide button, then push the button forward

    • This unlocks the battery.

    • Lift up the ledge, this allows the battery to be removed.

    • To insert a new battery, orient the battery with the battery opening.
