What you need

1. Step 1 Removing battery
  Remove the battery by sliding and holding the battery release latch.

  Open the display 180 degrees.

4. Step 3 Removing Display
  Use a plastic flat screwdriver to slide the hinge caps away from the computer.

  Detach the two display latches on the back of the computer.

  Use plastic flat screwdriver to carefully pry up the latches on either side of the hinge cover
