It is possible for SRAM to break over time with heavy use. Users may also decide that they would like more and/or faster SRAM in their laptop. This guide will show users how to replace the SRAM of the device.

Remove the two 6.5 mm PH1 Philips head screws from the laptop.

Lift up the small panel from the top, using the spudger if necessary.
