Introduction

Over time, a laptop's CMOS battery will stop holding it's charge and eventually die out. This guide will show how to remove and replace the CMOS battery of the device.

  1. Remove the two 6.5 mm PH1 Philips head screws on the back panel. Lift up the small panel from the top, using the plastic opening tools if necessary. Lift up the small panel from the top, using the plastic opening tools if necessary.
