Locate all of the screws under your laptop securing the bottom plate. You should see ten little black screws under the laptop and one big silver screw in the battery compartment.

In the battery compartment, you should see a little bit of the silver part of the DVD drive. Use a tool to push the DVD drive out of it's compartment.

You will see little notches on the keyboard. Use an opening pick or a flat-head screwdriver (preferably an opening pick) and insert it into the notch, working your way around the edges of the keyboard until it fully pops off.

Any other cable bands you see under the keyboard you can disconnect, as this is needed to get into the laptop

After you have removed all screws and disconnected the keyboard connectors, use an opening pick and slide it into the bottom covee, making your way along the entire chassis, opening the bottom of the laptop.

Identify the DDR3 RAM sticks. On the side of the to RAM stick, push the metal tabs away from the stick and remove the top stick. Do the same for the bottom stick.

Insert your new RAM sticks by sliding it into the slot at about a 45° angle and once it slides in all the way, push it in until you hear the metal tabs click. Do the same with the top RAM stick.
