What you need

  1. Dell Inspiron 13-7353 Base Cover Replacement, Flip the Computer: step 1, image 1 of 1

    • Close the computer display and turn the computer over so that the base of the computer is facing up.

    • Remove the ten screws that secure the base cover to the base of the computer.

  4. Dell Inspiron 13-7353 Base Cover Replacement, Pry the Base cover: step 3, image 1 of 1

    • Using a plastic scribe (plastic opening tool), pry the base cover off of the base of the computer.

    • Slide the tabs on the base cover into the slots on the computer base and snap the base cover into place.

    • Replace the screws that secure the base cover to the computer base.
