DeWalt DW920 Rotational Switch Replacement

What you need

Step 1 Disassembly

Using an H-5.0 bit driver remove the four T-10 Torx screws.

Use 2 H-5.0 bit drivers to take out the main bolt and head.
There will be blue locktite on the tread.

Carefully remove the two halves of the handle.

Locate the rotational switch

Carefully release the connection between the rotational switch and the motor assembly. This should be done carefully to ensure that the switch connection switch on the assembly is not damaged.
