Please wear safety glasses while completing this replacement guide. Insert the 60 mm extension into the screw driver which has the t15 torx bit installed in order to make a t-handle grip. Turn the screwdriver counter-clockwise to loosen all three screws in the disc pad.

Turn the disc pad over and remove the loosened screws. When the screws are removed, the disc pad will come off of the sander.
