Hello! If your battery is not holding charge this guide will show you the steps to replace the old battery in your Creative Nomad Jukebox Zen Device. Follow the steps in this guide and you will be listening to hours of your music again in no time! Please use caution when using the soldering tool.

Use a J0 screwdriver to remove the eight 3.5mm screws.

Step 2

Use plastic opening tool to open top cover by carefully prying at each corner.

Step 3

Once the front face is removed, remove the three 6.8mm J0 screws from the metal cover.

Step 4

Use the plastic opening tool to unclip the metal bracket holding the battery down.
When sticker is torn warranty is void.

Step 5

Desolder both red and black wires coming from battery.
How To Solder and Desolder Connections Use soldering gun with care as it becomes extremely hot and can cause burns.
Make sure to solder the black and red wires back into the same locations.
