    • Unplug the power cord before you begin.

    • Depress the spindle lock button to prevent the blade from spinning when you unfasten it.

    • While depressing the spindle lock, use a 3/16 hex key to remove the socket set screw securing the blade in place.

    • Remove the blade.

    • When replacing with a new blade, ensure the two pegs on the face of the rotor mate with the holes in the blade.

    • Tighten the new blade with the socket set screw firmly before use. Ensure the spindle lock is pulled before turning the saw on.
