Introduction
Has your Casio W-753 digital watch finally run out of battery? Instead of throwing the whole watch out, you can go through this easy guide to make a quick battery replacement.
Before starting the repair, visually scan the watch for any damage such as wear or scratches that could indicate a different type of repair.
This guide will include in-depth instructions to open the backing of the watch, remove the old battery, and insert the new battery. Additionally, there is no special background knowledge needed so anyone could do it.
Step 6 requires lifting up internal metal framing within the watch. Take caution to prevent damaging the metal framing as that could impact the function of the watch.

With the back of the watch facing towards you, use the Phillips #000 Screwdriver to turn the 2.0mm screws counterclockwise to remove them from the watch.

Press and hold the metal frame into place, making sure that it clicks and stays closed.

Place the screws, turning them clockwise to tighten and secure the back in place.
