Introduction
This is a comprehensive guide to replacing the microphone of the CAT S62 phone.
Symptoms of a malfunctioning microphone are:
- The other party cannot hear you during phone calls.
- No sound or very quiet sound is recorded when using a voice recorder app or recording video.
- Your voice sounds choppy, distant, or "underwater" to the person on the other end of the line.
