Introduction
Symptom: the Multimix is running fine without load, it can easily be stopped by hand and following a gentle squeaking is noticeable.
Cause is most likely a broken sprocket on the motor shaft.
To repair either a new set of wheels can be installed or the main sprocket can be tried to be glued
What you need

Put the device head over

Lift the cover on the rear end (maybe add another spudge to lift a bit more)

Push the cover to the rear end (cord inlet)

Lift from the side of the cover and remove cover.

Remove PH2 screw

With one or more spudgers lift the back cover slightly

With a small screwdriver push in the middle of the cover to release the nose (see pic 3)

After opening the case, remove the motor and electronics from the casing. It might be helpful to press the release button (green part).

Follow the instructions in reverse order to reassemble the device
