    • Put the device head over

    • Lift the cover on the rear end (maybe add another spudge to lift a bit more)

    • Push the cover to the rear end (cord inlet)

    • Lift from the side of the cover and remove cover.

    • Remove PH2 screw

    • With one or more spudgers lift the back cover slightly

    • With a small screwdriver push in the middle of the cover to release the nose (see pic 3)

    • Release the retainer tabs around the casing

    • Best is to begin on the underside of the device, looking in from behind you can see the retainer tab and release it with a small screwdriver or spudger.

    • In picture 3 you can see all retainer locations.

From where can I buy the switch for this Braun Multimix 280W

I made a note below on fixing my switch.

I fixed my non functional switch by splitting the mixer as shown here. Sliding out the pcb with the maroon colored switch unit. Pried open the switch housing, careful to catch the ball bearings and springs. Then cleaning the contact pads in the rear of the switch, bending down the brass shims a bit more to make sure they hit the pads, putting silicone grease on top and bottom of the housing where the ball bearings go and snapping it back together.

one spring goes in the front of the slider, one spring goes in the hole top to bottom of the switch, with a ball bearing on each end of the spring top to bottom spring, use the grease to hold one of the bb in place while snapping back together.

Before I fixed it, only the forward pulse option worked.
