i am having an issue with the display screen at first it fell from my mom when she pick it up there was a white line at the extreme top of the phone and after a while of use all of a sudden WHILE using it the white line started appearing all over in a horizontal fashion am afraid of touching anything on the mother board without knowing what it does the screen still works fine its just the horizontal lines all over and the colour quality kinda faded

I disabled the web viewer accidentally. I then realised that after I did that, the keypad locked as usual. After that the google talk option came to front of the screen, where I would need to log it. Its blocking the keyboard basically for I have no option to type my password in order to log in. How can I fix this problem.
