Here is a Bissell PowerLifter vacuum cleaner where the front brush did no longer turn. First thought with this problem is always the drive belt.

Here is the Bissell vacuum cleaner. The front brushes did no longer turn.

Unplug the vacuum and turn it over so the bottom of the vacuum can be accessed

There are a total of 7 Phillips head screws that need to be removed.

One of these screws is behind the height adjustment plate. It must be removed to gain access.
