What you need

      • Be sure to make note of what side the belt clip is on for reassembly.

      • Use a T6 bit to remove the two screws holding the belt clip.

      • Use the T6 bit to remove the four screws holding the handle in place.

      • Turn the knife over and remove one T6 screw.

      • Turn the knife over and remove the T8 screw that is going through the hinge.

      • Once you've removed the screw, you can remove the handle.

      • Using the T6 bit, drive the hinge pin out of the other handle.

      • Once you've done this you can remove the other handle.

      • Be sure to keep both brass washers. Sometimes they will stick to the frame or the blade.

      • Using 600 grit sandpaper and a flat surface, rub both sides of the copper washers until there is new material showing.
